1.1 The referral programme “Member gets Member” (hereinafter the “Programme“) is promoted by RIZOMA S.r.l., with registered office at Via Quarto 32, 21010 Ferno (VA), Italy, tax code and VAT number 02595720125 (hereinafter the “Promoter“).
1.2 The Programme runs exclusively on the website www.rizoma.com (hereinafter the “Site“).
3.1 The Programme is valid from 30/10/2026 until withdrawn by the Promoter.
3.2 If the Programme is discontinued, coupons already issued remain valid until their expiry date. Valid Orders placed before the discontinuation still give the right to a Reward Coupon.
4.1 The Programme is valid exclusively for orders placed on the Site for delivery to one of the countries listed in Annex A, where the Promoter has activated direct online sales. The Site does not deliver to countries that are not listed, so the Programme is not available there.
4.2 The reference country of each order is determined by the delivery address entered at checkout. The Referrer and the Friend may reside in different countries.
4.3 The Programme is not valid in countries, or parts of territories, where it is prohibited or restricted by local law or by applicable international sanctions. The Promoter reserves the right to update Annex A at any time, adding countries where it activates direct sales or excluding one or more countries, and will give notice of this on the Site.
5.1 Anyone who holds an account registered on the Site and has already placed at least one order with it may participate as a Referrer. If the Referrer is a natural person, they must be of legal age under the law of their country of residence.
5.2 Anyone using an email address that has never previously been associated with an order on the Site may participate as a Friend. If the Friend is a natural person, they must be of legal age under the law of their country of residence.
5.3 The Promoter’s employees may also participate in the Programme, on the same terms as other customers.
5.4 For the purposes of the Programme, each person may hold only one account on the Site.
6.1 The Referrer will find a personal link and code to share with their Friends in the “My account” section of the Site.
6.2 The Site does not send invitations to Friends. The link or code is shared exclusively by the Referrer, through their own personal channels (for example messaging apps, personal email or social networks).
6.3 The Referrer undertakes to share the link or code only with people they know who are interested in receiving it. Publishing it on coupon and discount code websites, public forums or marketplaces, through paid advertising campaigns, or by associating the link with the Promoter’s trademarks and distinctive signs is prohibited.
6.4 If the Referrer shares the link or code publicly, for example on social networks, they must clearly and visibly state that they receive a financial benefit if someone makes a purchase using it (for example with wording such as “I get a discount if you use it”).
7.1 The Friend who accesses the Site through the Referrer’s link, or enters their code, receives a Friend Coupon worth a 5% discount on their first order.
7.2 The Friend Coupon is valid for a single order and must be used within 60 days of issue.
8.1 For each Valid Order placed by a Friend, the Referrer receives a Reward Coupon worth a 5% discount.
8.2 The Reward Coupon is issued 14 days after delivery of the Friend’s order, provided that at that time the order is still a Valid Order.
8.3 The Reward Coupon is valid for a single order and must be used within 365 days of issue.
8.4 Each Referrer may receive a maximum of 5 Reward Coupons per calendar year. Valid Orders placed by Friends after the fifth one in the same calendar year do not give the right to further Reward Coupons.
8.5 The Reward Coupon is sent by email to the address associated with the Referrer’s account and can always be viewed in the “My account” section of the Site.
9.1 The following conditions apply to both the Friend Coupon and the Reward Coupon.
9.2 There is no maximum discount amount per order. The minimum order amount depends on the order currency:

9.3 The minimum order amount is calculated on the value of eligible products only, including VAT and taxes, excluding shipping costs and any other discounts.
9.4 The discount applies exclusively to eligible products. The following are excluded from the discount and do not count towards the minimum order amount:
9.5 The Friend Coupon cannot be combined with other discount codes. Reward Coupons can be combined with each other, up to a maximum of 5 per order, for a total discount of up to 25%: the percentages are added together and calculated on the full price of the eligible products. Reward Coupons cannot be combined with the Friend Coupon or with other discount codes.
9.6 Coupons are personal and linked to the recipient’s email address. They can be used only once, are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, and do not give the right to change. If the discount value exceeds the amount of the eligible products, the difference is not refunded.
9.7 Coupons can be used exclusively for orders delivered to one of the countries listed in Annex A.
10.1 A Valid Order is the Friend’s order that:
11.1 In the event of withdrawal or return of an order on which a Programme coupon was used, the refund is calculated on the price actually paid, i.e. after the discount. The coupon used is not reissued.
11.2 If the Friend’s order is cancelled or returned before the Reward Coupon is issued, to the extent that it is no longer a Valid Order, the Reward Coupon is not issued.
12.1 The Promoter verifies that participation is legitimate through automatic and manual checks, including a comparison of the Referrer’s and the Friend’s data (email address, billing and delivery addresses, phone number, IP address). Temporary or “disposable” email addresses are not allowed.
12.2 In the event of fraudulent use or use contrary to these terms, the Promoter may cancel issued coupons, deny the benefits of the Programme, suspend the account and exclude the participant from the Programme. Examples include: inviting oneself through multiple accounts or alternative email addresses; using the same delivery or billing address as the Referrer; using false data; breaching the prohibitions set out in article 6.3.
13.1 The Promoter is not liable if Programme emails are not received due to spam filters, incorrect addresses or malfunctions not attributable to the Promoter. Coupons can in any case be viewed in the “My account” section.
13.2 The Promoter is not liable for any temporary interruptions of the Site or of link tracking, without prejudice to its commitment to grant the benefits due for orders whose legitimacy can be verified.
14.1 Participants’ personal data are processed by RIZOMA S.r.l., as data controller, for the management of the Programme and for fraud prevention, in accordance with the privacy notice available at https://www.rizoma.com/en/privacy-policy/.
15.1 The Promoter may change these terms at any time by publishing the new version on the Site with the date of the update. Changes do not apply to coupons already issued, which remain subject to the terms in force at the time of issue.
16.1 These terms are available in the languages of the Site (Italian, English, Spanish, German, French). In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the language versions, the Italian version shall prevail.
17.1 These terms are governed by Italian law. However, where the participant acts as a consumer and is habitually resident in a country other than Italy, this choice of law cannot deprive them of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
17.2 For disputes in which the participant acts as a consumer, jurisdiction lies, at the consumer’s choice, with the courts of the place where the consumer habitually resides or with the Italian courts, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. The consumer may also, on a voluntary basis, contact the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body competent in their country of residence, without prejudice to subsequent recourse to the competent court.

The Programme is active exclusively in the countries where the Promoter has activated direct online sales through the Site, i.e. the countries to which the Site delivers. As of the date of this document, these countries are:
Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.
The Site does not deliver to countries not included in this list: the Programme is therefore not available there and coupons cannot be used.
The Promoter periodically checks the applicable international sanctions lists and updates this Annex A with immediate effect should new restrictions arise. As of the date of this document, none of the countries listed above needs to be excluded on the grounds of international sanctions.
The list is updated by the Promoter whenever direct sales are activated or discontinued in one or more countries, in accordance with article 4.3.
