How it works

WHERE CAN I FIND MY REWARDS?

Each reward coupon is issued 14 days after your friend's order is delivered, provided the order is still valid. It's sent to you by email, is always available in My Account and is valid for 365 days.
CAN I SHARE MY LINK ANYWHERE?

Share it with people you know, through your own channels. Publishing it on coupon sites, public forums or paid ads is not allowed. If you share it publicly on social media, make it clear that you get a discount when someone uses it.
WHAT IF MY FRIEND RETURNS THEIR ORDER?

If the return takes place before your coupon is issued and the order falls below 50 €, the coupon is not issued. Refunds are calculated on the price actually paid, i.e. after the discount.
WHERE DO I FIND MY LINK?

In the My account section, once you've logged in. You'll find both your personal link and your personal code to share.
HOW MUCH DOES MY FRIEND SAVE, AND UNTIL WHEN?

5% off their first order, with a minimum of 50 € (or 50 $) in products. The coupon must be used within 60 days.

WHO CAN INVITE FRIENDS?

Anyone with an account on the site who has already placed at least one order.
HOW MANY FRIENDS CAN I INVITE?

You can share your link with as many friends as you like. You'll receive up to 5 reward coupons per calendar year.
CAN I INVITE FRIENDS LIVING ABROAD?

Yes, as long as the order is delivered to one of the countries where Rizoma sells online. What counts is the delivery address.
CAN I USE SEVERAL REWARD COUPONS TOGETHER?

Yes, up to 5 reward coupons on the same order: the 5% discounts add up, to a maximum of 25% off. Each coupon must still be valid. Reward coupons cannot be combined with other discount codes.
WHICH PRODUCTS DOES THE DISCOUNT APPLY TO?

Products that are not already on sale. Shipping, gift cards, customs duties and fees are excluded. Programme coupons cannot be combined with other discount codes.
