Valid Orders placed before the discontinuation still give the right to a Reward Coupon.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt; font-weight: bold; color: #1f3864; text-align: left; text-transform: none; letter-spacing: normal; margin: 14pt 0 6pt 0;\"><b><strong>Art. 4 \u2013 Territorial scope<\/strong><\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: 400; color: #000000; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 6pt 0;\">4.1 The Programme is valid exclusively for orders placed on the Site for delivery to one of the countries listed in Annex A, where the Promoter has activated direct online sales. The Site does not deliver to countries that are not listed, so the Programme is not available there.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: 400; color: #000000; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 6pt 0;\">4.2 The reference country of each order is determined by the delivery address entered at checkout. The Referrer and the Friend may reside in different countries.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: 400; color: #000000; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 6pt 0;\">4.3 The Programme is not valid in countries, or parts of territories, where it is prohibited or restricted by local law or by applicable international sanctions. The Promoter reserves the right to update Annex A at any time, adding countries where it activates direct sales or excluding one or more countries, and will give notice of this on the Site.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt; font-weight: bold; color: #1f3864; text-align: left; text-transform: none; letter-spacing: normal; margin: 14pt 0 6pt 0;\"><b><strong>Art. 5 \u2013 Who can participate<\/strong><\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: 400; color: #000000; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 6pt 0;\">5.1 Anyone who holds an account registered on the Site and has already placed at least one order with it may participate as a Referrer. If the Referrer is a natural person, they must be of legal age under the law of their country of residence.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: 400; color: #000000; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 6pt 0;\">5.2 Anyone using an email address that has never previously been associated with an order on the Site may participate as a Friend. If the Friend is a natural person, they must be of legal age under the law of their country of residence.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: 400; color: #000000; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 6pt 0;\">5.3 The Promoter&#8217;s employees may also participate in the Programme, on the same terms as other customers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: 400; color: #000000; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 6pt 0;\">5.4 For the purposes of the Programme, each person may hold only one account on the Site.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt; font-weight: bold; color: #1f3864; text-align: left; text-transform: none; letter-spacing: normal; margin: 14pt 0 6pt 0;\"><b><strong>Art. 6 \u2013 How it works<\/strong><\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: 400; color: #000000; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 6pt 0;\">6.1 The Referrer will find a personal link and code to share with their Friends in the &#8220;My account&#8221; section of the Site.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: 400; color: #000000; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 6pt 0;\">6.2 The Site does not send invitations to Friends. The link or code is shared exclusively by the Referrer, through their own personal channels (for example messaging apps, personal email or social networks).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: 400; color: #000000; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 6pt 0;\">6.3 The Referrer undertakes to share the link or code only with people they know who are interested in receiving it. Publishing it on coupon and discount code websites, public forums or marketplaces, through paid advertising campaigns, or by associating the link with the Promoter&#8217;s trademarks and distinctive signs is prohibited.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: 400; color: #000000; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 6pt 0;\">6.4 If the Referrer shares the link or code publicly, for example on social networks, they must clearly and visibly state that they receive a financial benefit if someone makes a purchase using it (for example with wording such as &#8220;I get a discount if you use it&#8221;).<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt; font-weight: bold; color: #1f3864; text-align: left; text-transform: none; letter-spacing: normal; margin: 14pt 0 6pt 0;\"><b><strong>Art. 7 \u2013 Benefit for the Friend<\/strong><\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: 400; color: #000000; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 6pt 0;\">7.1 The Friend who accesses the Site through the Referrer&#8217;s link, or enters their code, receives a Friend Coupon worth a 5% discount on their first order.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: 400; color: #000000; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 6pt 0;\">7.2 The Friend Coupon is valid for a single order and must be used within 60 days of issue.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt; font-weight: bold; color: #1f3864; text-align: left; text-transform: none; letter-spacing: normal; margin: 14pt 0 6pt 0;\"><b><strong>Art. 8 \u2013 Benefit for the Referrer<\/strong><\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: 400; color: #000000; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 6pt 0;\">8.1 For each Valid Order placed by a Friend, the Referrer receives a Reward Coupon worth a 5% discount.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: 400; color: #000000; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 6pt 0;\">8.2 The Reward Coupon is issued 14 days after delivery of the Friend&#8217;s order, provided that at that time the order is still a Valid Order.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: 400; color: #000000; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 6pt 0;\">8.3 The Reward Coupon is valid for a single order and must be used within 365 days of issue.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: 400; color: #000000; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 6pt 0;\">8.4 Each Referrer may receive a maximum of 5 Reward Coupons per calendar year. Valid Orders placed by Friends after the fifth one in the same calendar year do not give the right to further Reward Coupons.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: 400; color: #000000; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 6pt 0;\">8.5 The Reward Coupon is sent by email to the address associated with the Referrer&#8217;s account and can always be viewed in the &#8220;My account&#8221; section of the Site.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt; font-weight: bold; color: #1f3864; text-align: left; text-transform: none; letter-spacing: normal; margin: 14pt 0 6pt 0;\"><b><strong>Art. 9 \u2013 Conditions of use of the coupons<\/strong><\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: 400; color: #000000; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 6pt 0;\">9.1 The following conditions apply to both the Friend Coupon and the Reward Coupon.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: 400; color: #000000; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 6pt 0;\">9.2 There is no maximum discount amount per order. The following are excluded from the discount and do not count towards the minimum order amount:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: 400; color: #000000; list-style-type: disc; margin: 0 0 6pt 0; padding-left: 36pt;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 4pt 0;\">shipping costs;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 4pt 0;\">gift cards;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 4pt 0;\">products already on promotion or discounted;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 4pt 0;\">customs duties, import taxes and customs charges;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: 400; color: #000000; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 6pt 0;\">9.5 The Friend Coupon cannot be combined with other discount codes. Reward Coupons can be combined with each other, up to a maximum of 5 per order, for a total discount of up to 25%: the percentages are added together and calculated on the full price of the eligible products. Reward Coupons cannot be combined with the Friend Coupon or with other discount codes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: 400; color: #000000; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 6pt 0;\">9.6 Coupons are personal and linked to the recipient&#8217;s email address. They can be used only once, are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, and do not give the right to change. If the discount value exceeds the amount of the eligible products, the difference is not refunded.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: 400; color: #000000; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 6pt 0;\">9.7 Coupons can be used exclusively for orders delivered to one of the countries listed in Annex A.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt; font-weight: bold; color: #1f3864; text-align: left; text-transform: none; letter-spacing: normal; margin: 14pt 0 6pt 0;\"><b><strong>Art. 10 \u2013 Valid Order<\/strong><\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: 400; color: #000000; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 6pt 0;\">10.1 A Valid Order is the Friend&#8217;s order that:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: 400; color: #000000; list-style-type: disc; margin: 0 0 6pt 0; padding-left: 36pt;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 4pt 0;\">was placed using the Referrer&#8217;s link or code;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 4pt 0;\">is the first order placed on the Site with that email address;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 4pt 0;\">meets the minimum amount set out in article 9.2;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 4pt 0;\">has been paid for and delivered;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 4pt 0;\">has not been cancelled or returned, in whole or in part, to the extent that it falls below the minimum amount;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 4pt 0;\">has passed the checks set out in article 12.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt; font-weight: bold; color: #1f3864; text-align: left; text-transform: none; letter-spacing: normal; margin: 14pt 0 6pt 0;\"><b><strong>Art. 11 \u2013 Returns and cancellations<\/strong><\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: 400; color: #000000; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 6pt 0;\">11.1 In the event of withdrawal or return of an order on which a Programme coupon was used, the refund is calculated on the price actually paid, i.e. after the discount. The coupon used is not reissued.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: 400; color: #000000; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 6pt 0;\">11.2 If the Friend&#8217;s order is cancelled or returned before the Reward Coupon is issued, to the extent that it is no longer a Valid Order, the Reward Coupon is not issued.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt; font-weight: bold; color: #1f3864; text-align: left; text-transform: none; letter-spacing: normal; margin: 14pt 0 6pt 0;\"><b><strong>Art. 12 \u2013 Checks and misconduct<\/strong><\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: 400; color: #000000; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 6pt 0;\">12.1 The Promoter verifies that participation is legitimate through automatic and manual checks, including a comparison of the Referrer&#8217;s and the Friend&#8217;s data (email address, billing and delivery addresses, phone number, IP address). Temporary or &#8220;disposable&#8221; email addresses are not allowed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: 400; color: #000000; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 6pt 0;\">12.2 In the event of fraudulent use or use contrary to these terms, the Promoter may cancel issued coupons, deny the benefits of the Programme, suspend the account and exclude the participant from the Programme. Examples include: inviting oneself through multiple accounts or alternative email addresses; using the same delivery or billing address as the Referrer; using false data; breaching the prohibitions set out in article 6.3.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt; font-weight: bold; color: #1f3864; text-align: left; text-transform: none; letter-spacing: normal; margin: 14pt 0 6pt 0;\"><b><strong>Art. 13 \u2013 Limitation of liability<\/strong><\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-family: Calibri, 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10.5pt; font-weight: 400; color: #000000; text-align: justify; margin: 0 0 6pt 0;\">13.1 The Promoter is not liable if Programme emails are not received due to spam filters, incorrect addresses or malfunctions not attributable to the Promoter.
